Create Index

Create Index API 用于手動創建索引。Scope 中的所有文檔都存儲在一個或多個索引中。

最基本的命令如下：

上述命令創建了一個名為 twitter 的索引。

Index name limitations

索引的命名有幾個限制：

僅小寫
不能包含 \、/、*、?、"、<、>、|、（空格字符）、,、#
不能以 -、_、+ 開頭
不可能是 . 或者 ..
不能超過255個字節

Index Settings

創建的每個索引都可以具有與之關聯的特定設置：

Mappings

Create Index API 還允許提供 Mapping：

Wait For Active Shards

默認情況下，索引創建只會在每個分片的主副本已啟動或請求超時時才向客戶端返回響應

acknowledged 表明是否在集群中成功創建索引，而 shards_acknowledged 指示是否在超時之前為索引中的每個分片啟動了必要數量的分片副本。請注意，即使索引創建成功，acknowledged 或 shards_acknowledged 也仍然可能為 false。這些值僅表示操作是否在超時之前完成。如果 acknowledged 為 false，那么我們在使用新創建的索引更新集群狀態之前就超時了，但它可能很快就會被創建。如果 shards_acknowledged 為 false，那么即使集群狀態已成功更新以反映新創建的索引（即，acknowledged = true），也會在啟動所需數量的分片之前超時（默認情況下只是主分片）。

我們可以通過索引設置 index.write.wait_for_active_shards 更改默認只等待主分片啟動（注意更改此設置也會影響所有后續寫入操作的 wait_for_active_shards 值）

Delete Index

Delete Index API 允許刪除現有索引。

Get Index

get index API 允許檢索有關一個或多個索引的信息。

expand_wildcards：控制通配符索引表達式可以擴展到哪種具體索引。如果指定了 open，則通配符表達式將擴展為僅打開的索引。如果指定了 closed，則通配符表達式僅擴展為關閉索引。也可以指定兩個值（open，closed）以擴展到所有索引。

如果指定為 null，則通配符擴展將被禁用。如果指定了 all，通配符表達式將擴展到所有索引（這相當于指定 open,closed）

Indices Exists

檢查 index 是否存在，HTTP 狀態碼返回 200 表示存在，404 表示不存在。

Put Mapping

put mapping API 允許將字段添加到現有索引。

Multi-index

put mapping API 可以通過單個請求應用于多個索引。例如，我們可以同時更新 twitter-1 和 twitter-2 的 mapping：

Updating field mappings

通常，無法更新現有字段的 mapping。但是這條規則有一些例外。例如：

get mapping API 允許檢索索引或索引/類型的 mapping。

Index Aliases

Scope 中 index aliases API 允許使用名稱為索引設置別名，所有 API 都會自動將別名轉換為實際的索引名稱。一個別名也可以映射到多個索引，當指定它時，別名會自動擴展為別名索引。別名也可以與搜索時自動應用的過濾器和路由值相關聯。別名不能與索引同名。

以下是將別名 alias1 與索引 test1 關聯的示例：

重命名別名是在同一個 API 中簡單的刪除然后添加操作。這個操作是原子的，不用擔心別名不指向索引的短時間內：

將別名與多個索引相關聯：

可以使用索引數組語法為動作指定多個索引：

要在一個操作中指定多個別名，相應的別名數組語法也存在。

對于上面的示例，glob 模式也可用于將別名與多個共享同一個名稱的索引相關聯：

在這種情況下將對所有匹配的當前索引進行分組，它不會隨著與此模式匹配的新索引的添加/刪除而自動更新。

Filtered Aliases

帶有過濾器的別名提供了一種簡單的方法來創建同一索引的不同“視圖”。

要創建過濾別名，首先我們需要確保 mapping 中已經存在字段：

Routing

可以將路由值與別名相關聯。此功能可以與過濾別名一起使用，以避免不必要的分片操作。

以下命令創建一個指向索引 test 的新別名 alias1。創建 alias1 后，所有具有此別名的操作都會自動修改為使用值 1 進行路由：

Write Index

可以將別名指向的索引關聯為寫索引。指定后，針對指向多個索引的別名的所有索引和更新請求都將嘗試解析為寫入索引的一個索引。每個別名一次只能分配一個索引作為寫入索引。如果沒有指定寫入索引并且有多個索引被別名引用，則不允許寫入。

Retrieving existing aliases

get index alias API 允許按別名和索引名稱進行過濾。此 api 重定向到 master 并獲取請求的索引別名（如果可用）。此 api 僅序列化找到的索引別名。

Update Indices Settings

實時更改特定的索引級別設置。

REST 端點是 /_settings（更新所有索引）或 {index}/_settings 更新一個（或多個）索引設置。

Multiple Indices and Types

get settings API 可用于通過一次調用獲取多個索引的設置。 API 的一般用法遵循以下語法：host:port/{index}/_settings 其中 {index} 可以代表以逗號分隔的索引名稱和別名列表。還支持通配符表達式。以下是一些示例：

Index Templates

索引模板允許您定義將在創建新索引時自動應用的模板。模板包括 setting 和 mapping 以及控制是否應將模板應用于新索引的簡單模式模板。

模板僅在創建索引時應用。更改模板不會影響現有索引。使用創建索引 API 時，作為創建索引調用的一部分定義的 settings/mappings 將優先于模板中定義的任何匹配 settings/mappings。

Multiple Templates Matching

多個索引模板可能會匹配一個索引，在這種情況下，setting 和 mapping 都會合并到索引的最終配置中。可以使用 order 參數控制合并的順序，首先應用較低的順序，然后應用較高的順序覆蓋它們。例如：

以上將禁用存儲 _source，但對于以 te* 開頭的索引，_source 仍將啟用。請注意，對于 mapping，合并是“深度”的，這意味著可以在高階模板上輕松添加/覆蓋基于特定對象/屬性的 mapping，而低階模板提供基礎。

Refresh

refresh API 允許顯式刷新一個或多個索引，使自上次刷新以來執行的所有操作都可用于搜索。（接近）實時功能取決于所使用的索引引擎。

Open/Close Index

Open/Close Index API 允許關閉索引，然后再打開它。一個封閉的索引在集群上幾乎沒有開銷（除了維護它的元數據），并且被阻塞用于讀/寫操作。可以打開一個已關閉的索引，然后該索引將通過正常的恢復過程。

最基本的命令如下：
